Abstract: Introduction: The patient’s autonomy in making decisions about their life and diagnostic therapeutic approaches related to health has been the object of growing social value. Then advanced directives appear express last will, safeguarding Principle Autonomy. During undergraduate learning process, students are committed life, all training is based on technical aspects. Only a small part curriculum covers specific contents focused terminal illness, when present. Medicine evolved with important technological advances that resulted quality-of-life improvement, but also brought questionable extension often unjustifiable treatments obstinacy maintain at any cost. Objective: aim this study analyze perception medical end-of-life directives. Method: A descriptive qualitative research was carried out through an individual semi-structured interview, applied Google forms. Due period pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2, survey remotely, accordance current national legislation. After target attained sample exhaustion, responses 13 were analyzed.
